Kathryn Miller Goldman
In addition to Maryland, other states in which Ms. Goldman has handled cases include Florida, Texas, Ohio, New Jersey, Minnesota, South Carolina and Colorado. Ms. Goldman has represented a diverse selection of businesses and individuals – from Honeywell, the manufacturer of a windshear detection device involved in an aviation disaster; to a non-profit organization suing Perot Systems of Texas to recover for breach of a software development contract; to a local contractor enforcing a mechanics’ lien on the restoration of an historic 1700’s home; to individuals in employment disputes. Although the vast majority of her cases are settled, Ms. Goldman has acted as successful lead, or co-lead counsel, in the following reported cases which reflect the variety of disputes she handles:
