Since its founding in 2003, Goldman & Minton, P.C. has been providing a wide range of legal services to its clients from consumer based class actions to strategic advice for businesses, from corporate litigation to intellectual property clearance and protection. With a renewed commitment to quality and professionalism, the firm is celebrating a decade of success by giving back to the community.

Kathryn Goldman notes, “The key to our success is our passion to understand our clients’ needs and businesses, enabling us to provide legal solutions that are tailored to each unique situation.”

Tom Minton adds, “In view of our successful 10 years, I would like to use this milestone to thank all of our clients and colleagues for their business, friendship and support.”

Both principals of the firm have a strong pro bono commitment representing individuals and non-profit organizations who could not otherwise afford legal representation including returning military, the disabled, and artists in a variety of legal issues, chief among them housing and consumer fraud.

In celebration of their 10 years together as partners, Tom and Kathryn have decided to give back to their community in yet a different way by helping in the battle to cure blood cancers. They have committed to raising $10,000 for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society through the Team in Training program. Kathryn, with her husband Lewis, and Tom, with his wife Mary Jo and their daughter Katie, are all training to ride the Fletcher Flyer in the hills of western North Carolina on June 2, 2013 – 100 miles in a single day. Team in Training helps raise awareness and money for the fight to cure blood cancers.

Tom and Kathryn believe that participating in an endurance event is an appropriate and fun way to celebrate 10 years in business. Over the past 10 years, Tom and Kathryn have each finished four century rides with Team in Training. Completing the Fletcher Flyer will bring their combined total to 10 centuries. Training for the Fletcher Flyer is a meaningful way to take care of themselves by keeping fit while doing good for others. Keeping the lawyers in a small firm healthy is a way to ensure success for 10 more years.
